The house is zoned for a variety of living patterns generated by the clients and their frequently visiting family and friends of various ages. The main bedroom, study and living areas interact spatially with three courtyards one of which has a glazed roof. Another courtyard contains a 25m lap pool with its projecting, elevated from terminating with an infinity edge. All walls and courtyards are constructed of sawn limestone blocks.
Materiality is a combination of masonry and corrugated Color bond sheeting selected relative to use and character.
